The Week of November 30th at Lupine Lane


Hello all! I hope everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving! This month will be full of Holiday Cheer, as this month's theme is Holiday Traditions.

Lil' Absolutely Art and Absolutely Art
This week, we'll be making Santa Stockings and tiny ornaments for a little tree we'll decorate next week!


Lil' Kinder Cooks and Kinder Cooks
We'll start this month off by making a staple at the Italian Holiday Dinner Table: Lasagna! We'll make the lasagna pasta sheets from scratch using the pasta machines!


Lil' Music Makers and Music Makers
We'll be talking about the pieces in an orchestra. We'll also build on our knowledge of the fact that music creates emotion by learning how music can tell a story. We'll begin to listen to and learn about the Nutcracker!


The After School Supper Club
We'll be making holiday lasagna, a delicious roasted vegetable side salad and our first Italian cookie in our series of Italian cookies for desert this month.

The Week of November 23rd at Lupine Lane


Hello all and Happy Thanksgiving! I would like to take this opportunity express my gratitude to all of you for allowing your children to participate in Lupine Lane classes and events. I am thankful for each and every child that I have the pleasure of teaching. They inspire me and make me smile and laugh everyday! Thank you!



This is a short week, due to the holiday. We will only have classes at CMRC on Monday and Wednesday! We'll finish our American Theme this week!



Also, Lupine Lane will be at the Oasis Holiday Bazaar this Friday to offer our Kid Kits, which make fantastic Christmas gifts!

We'll be making Turkey Center Pieces!!



Lil' Kinder Cooks
We'll be making crunchy baked chicken and a vegetable rice pilaf.



The After School Supper Club
We'll be making crunchy baked chicken, vegetable rice pilaf and apple sauce!

The Week of November 16th at Lupine Lane


Hello all!



Just wanted to mention, we'll be bringing Lupine Lane Kid Kits to class during the month of December! Kid Kits make awesome Holiday Gifts!



We'll continue our American/Thanksgiving Theme this week!



Lil' Absolutely Art and Absolutely Art
We'll be painting our clay turkeys and making aprons!



Lil' Kinder Cooks and Kinder Cooks
We'll be making herb-crusted chicken pot pie and pumpkin cream on graham crackers!



Lil' Music Makers and Music Makers
We'll continue working on our American Folk Songs and learn how music can show emotion. We'll also begin to learn about instruments in the orchestra.



Fun With Photography
We'll learn about how lighting can create contrast in photos and talk about composition. Then, we'll turn create a sepia tone photo.



The After School Supper Club
We'll be making herb-crusted chicken pot pie and no bake pumpkin pie!

The Week of November 9th at Lupine Lane


Hello all!



We'll be at Clay Madsen from 9-4 this Saturday selling our Kid Kits at the Holiday Bazaar! We hope to see you there!



Lil' Absolutely Art and Absolutely Art
We'll be using fall stencils on pot holders and begin making a clay turkey keepsake! This project will be done in two classes.



Lil' Kinder Cooks and Kinder Cooks
This week, we'll be making an American favorite, macaroni and cheese, but with an interesting twist!



Lil' Music Makers and Music Makers
We'll continue our focus on American music, where we will work on keeping a steady beat. Then, we'll play the copy cat rhythm game!



Fun With Photography
This week, we'll head outside and use the natural landscape to learn about background and foreground. Then, we'll head inside to turn our photographs into a water color painting!



The After School Supper Club
We'll be making macaroni and cheese and broccoli with garlic sauce!
